As a member of the Marketing team, you will work hand in hand with Juan, our Growth Outbound Manager, as his right-hand person to power our core acquisition engine: the Outbound Machine. Triggered by a strong surge in business activity and growing demands from our Sales team, this role is a unique opportunity to scale our outbound campaigns across 8 European countries. Your mission
Under Juan's direct mentorship, your main goal will be to generate qualified leads for our Sales team across France, the UK, Switzerland, Benelux, Spain, Italy, and soon Portugal. You will master the entire outbound ecosystem: from ICP identification and automated multi-channel campaigns (Cold Emailing, LinkedIn) to data enrichment and purely growth-focused experimentation. Once fully trained, you will aim to autonomously generate 20+ interested leads/week via your own campaigns, and another 20+ interested leads/week through the strategic cold calling tasks you will build for the Sales team.
Your main responsibilities
1. Outbound Machine Operations & Pipeline Management
Take full ownership of our Outbound Machine, ensuring it is regularly fueled with fresh cold emailing and LinkedIn campaigns.
Maintain an active and steady pipeline week after week across multiple European markets simultaneously.
2. Sales Collaboration & Cold Calling Strategy
Source, qualify, and segment high-potential tasks based on our ICPs for the Sales team.
Distribute these tasks efficiently so that each Sales member can confidently pass up to 150 targeted calls per week.
3. Campaign Optimization & Localization
Monitor, analyze, and optimize automated outbound campaigns (refining copywriting, targeting, sequences, and A/B testing) to maximize open and reply rates.
Monitor and guarantee email deliverability standards.
Adapt strategies to the cultural and behavioral nuances of each European market (France, UK, DACH, Benelux, Spain, Italy...).
4. Growth Experimentation & Cross-Team Synergy
Design and launch new Growth experiments (automations, scraping, workflow building, new intent signals) to constantly improve the Outbound Machine.
Collaborate with Célia (Head of Marketing) and Laure (Performance Marketing Specialist and Inbound Manager) on marketing synergies.
Work closely with Camille (CRM & Sales Ops Manager) to run experiments on HubSpot data and support data harmonization.
